Our PhD student Selina Nöcker was awarded the Distinguished Poster Award at the international conference “Ultrafast Surface Dynamics 14 (USD14)” (https://usd2026.org/), which took place from 31 May to 5 June 2026 in Waterville Valley (New Hampshire, USA).
Her poster, entitled “Probing time-reversal symmetry via tailored light photocurrent spectroscopy”, convinced the jury and was one of five poster presentations to receive an award out of around 50 submitted works. In addition to a monetary prize, the award winners were invited to present their research to an expert audience in the form of a contributed talk during a “Hot Topics Session”.
We cordially congratulate Selina Nöcker on this success!
Our thanks go to the conference organisers and to the Texas Quantum Institute, which sponsored the Distinguished Poster Award.
