Our early student Tamara Pröbster was awarded 1st prize in the field of physics in the Bavarian state competition Jugend forscht. In her research project at our chair, Tamara investigated how ultrafast light-induced electron emission from graphene can be decoupled into different processes – according to the jury, the “fastest” work ever at Jugend forscht! Here she explains her work herself during the award ceremony. Here a neat news article in Nordbayerische Zeitung.

Congratulations!
